A man charged in Massachusetts with leading a ring that used the credit cards of wealthy people to scam $1 million was arraigned yesterday on charges of ringing up $30,000 in a similar scam in Nashua.William D’Orlando, 37, of Salem, Mass., was awaiting trial in Massachusetts and was free on bail after his surrender on an arrest warrant Monday. He was held on $50,000 bail after his arraignment.
